What is Capacity And Discharge ?
A LiPo battery’s capacity is the amount of electric charge it can deliver at the rated voltage.The more electrode material contained in the cell the greater its capacity. A small LiPo cell has less capacity than a larger cell with the same chemistry, although they develop the same open-circuit voltage.Capacity is measured in units such as amp-hour (A·h). The rated capacity of a LiPo battery is usually expressed as the product of 20 hours multiplied by the current that a new LiPo battery can consistently supply for 20 hours at 68 °F (20 °C), while remaining above a specified terminal voltage per cell. For example, a battery rated at 100 A·h can deliver 5 A over a 20-hour period at room temperature. The fraction of the stored charge that a LiPo battery can deliver depends on multiple factors, including LiPo battery chemistry, the rate at which the charge is delivered (current), the required terminal voltage, the storage period, ambient temperature and other factors.
What is mAh?
The A is capitalized because, under the International System of Units, “ampere” is always represented with a capital A. The term mAh is an abbreviation for “milliampere hour,” and it’s a way to express the electrical capacity of smaller LiPo batteries. With larger LiPo batteries, like car LiPo batteries, we usually use ampere hours, or Ah. There are 1000 mAh in a single Ah. mAh is calculated by multiplying the amount of time the LiPo battery lasts by the amperes of the discharge current.

Are LiPo batteries assembled with pcm / ntc / connctors?
We stock all LiPo Batteries are cells not finished batteries.
But it will assemble NTC/PCM/Connectors or series/parallel batteries according to your requirements. What’s more, the lead time just 3-5days.
What is the life of LiPo batteries (Self-discharge)?
Standard: After 500 cycles, the capacity will be <80%.It will be affected by the situation of discharge/recharge, and LiPo battery environment like temperature,humidity.
Temperature range:
Charge: 0 to + 45 ° C
Discharge: -20 to + 60 ° C
Charge retention / Storage:
1 year at -20 to 20 ° C> 70%
3 month at -20 to 45 ° C> 70%
1 month at -20 to 60 ° C> 70%
If the temperature is too low, the capacity will be significantly reduced;
If the temperature is too high, the LiPo battery is prone to internal short circuit;
In addition, we can make encryption that are suitable for low temperature or high temperature, but need to re-create and use a special electrolyte.
LiPo Batteries that lose 20% of their capacity must be removed from service and disposed of properly.Discharge the LiPo battery to 3V/Cell, making sure output wires are insulated, then wrap battery in a bag for disposal
Product Warranty:Product warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the day of purchase. Warranty does not cover collateral damage, misuse, abuse, incorrect charging and other inappropriate use of this product.
Why doesn’t the LiPo Battery Pack Be Recharged?
When the LiPo battery pack is charged, it can be divided into the following reasons: the charger is reversed, or the charger is faulty; the protection board protection is not restored, or the protection board is defective; the LiPo battery pack is disconnected from the external use of the appliance.
For the above-mentioned unfavorable phenomena, look for the reasons in turn. Whether the charger is connected reversely, whether the positive and negative poles of the LiPo battery pack are connected reversely; re-enable the appliance to release the protection board protection, measure whether the protection board MOS tube has driving voltage; find out whether the wiring connection is loose or disconnect.
Why doesn’t the LiPo Battery Pack Be Recharged?

Why is the LiPo Battery Pack Working Time shorter than before?
When the LiPo battery pack is used, it will be discharged quickly. The reasons for this are: the LiPo battery is not fully charged; the single-string voltage capacity difference is significant; the LiPo battery pack is short-circuited or the LiPo battery pack self-discharges, causing the LiPo battery pack to be fully charged when it was consumed.
For the above defects, the LiPo battery pack can be recharged or replaced with a bad LiPo battery.
Is the custom dimensions exactly the same as my custom dimensions?
Most importantly, all LiPo batteries have reasonable tolerances(±0.3mm — ±1.0mm)
It is hard to achieve a LiPo battery without tolerance based on model LiPo battery development technology.
If your mechanical constraints is required require (without dimensions tolerance).
Then negative tolerance is one of the best choices to fulfill your custom requests.

Is LiPo batteries certificated by IEC62133/MSDS/UN38.3?
Yes, we stock many different models and update new models every month. Additional specify certification(IEC62133,CE,CB,UL certifications) is possible but more time and effort is involved. Please discuss your individual requirements with your Liter energy battery representative.
